Student Athlete Management Program

The SAM Program at LPC is designed to provide a clear pathway to athletic professionalism while supporting academic and family commitments. Aimed at high school students aged 15-18 who are competitive in their sport, the SAM Program develops well-rounded student-athletes excelling in both their sport and academics, preparing them for future opportunities in sport and beyond.

Our comprehensive support system includes sport specific Strength and Conditioning (S&C), and athlete management, with a data-driven training program designed to prevent overtraining and foster long-term athletic development.

Additionally, LPC’s athlete management services can help student-athletes build their "Athlete Brand" and create pathways to scholarships, particularly for studying and competing in the USA college system.

With features such as strength and conditioning, performance tracking, coaching, nutritional and psychological guidance, the SAM Program stands out by focussing specifically on student athletes.

Our success stories include athletes competing at the Australian Rowing National Championships and various state championships, as well as multiple D1 USA College scholarships (including Jacksonville, Florida, and Monmouth, New Jersey).
