LPC Membership Terms & Facility Rules
These terms outline how your membership works at Limitless Performance Centre; including payments, access, and expectations; so you can train with clarity and confidence.
These Membership Terms & Facility Rules ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Limitless Performance Centre ("LPC") and its members ("Member"). By purchasing a membership, booking coaching sessions, or accessing the facility, the Member agrees to comply with the following terms.
These Membership Terms & Facility Rules govern operational, payment, and facility usage conditions only.
All matters relating to risk, injury, liability, and participation in physical activity are governed exclusively by the LPC Waiver, Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Indemnity Agreement, which must be signed prior to participating in any activity.
1. Membership Philosophy
Limitless Performance Centre operates as a premium coaching facility focused on personalised programming, coaching support and long‑term progress.
Unlike many gyms, LPC does not require long-term lock-in contracts. Memberships operate on a flexible ongoing basis with a required notice period for cancellation.
2. Membership Types
LPC may offer a range of memberships and services including but not limited to:
KickStart Onboarding Programs
Small Group Personal Coaching (SGPC)
Personal Coaching (1:1)
Hybrid Coaching (Personal Coaching + SGPC)
Gym Access Memberships
Student Athlete Strength & Conditioning
Teams Strength and Conditioning
Drop‑In sessions
Membership inclusions, access levels, and coaching frequency are determined by the specific membership selected at the time of purchase.
3. Membership Payments
Membership fees are billed weekly via automated payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Members must maintain valid and current payment details on file at all times.
Membership payments are not dependent on attendance or usage.
Members remain responsible for all payments regardless of participation.
If payment details are invalid or removed, facility access and coaching services may be suspended until payments are brought up to date.
LPC reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with reasonable notice.
Membership commences from the date of first payment or first booked session, whichever occurs first.
All payments are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Failed or Late Payments
If a scheduled payment fails:
LPC will automatically attempt to reprocess the payment.
Access to the facility or coaching sessions may be suspended until the balance is paid.
Any outstanding balance must be settled before services resume.
Members agree that LPC may recover reasonable administration or collection costs incurred in recovering overdue payments.
LPC reserves the right to restrict access immediately where payments are overdue.
Persistent failed payments may result in membership termination.
4A. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Members agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or payment provider for legitimate membership fees, coaching services, or other authorised charges made by LPC.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated for a valid charge, the Member agrees that LPC may:
Suspend facility access and services immediately
Recover the disputed amount
Recover any administrative, banking, or merchant fees incurred as a result of the dispute
Outstanding balances resulting from chargebacks must be settled before membership access or services can resume.
Repeated or fraudulent payment disputes may result in immediate termination of membership.
This applies to all payment methods including direct debit, credit/debit card, and third-party payment providers.
5. Membership Cancellation
LPC operates without long-term lock-in contracts.
Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing two (2) weeks written notice.
Notice must be submitted via email or approved written communication. The notice period commences from the date written notice is received by LPC. Cancellation requests must be submitted via the official LPC communication channels.
Membership payments remain payable during the notice period.
Facility access and coaching remain active until the cancellation date.
6. Membership Freezes
Members may request to temporarily freeze their membership under the following conditions:
Minimum freeze: 1 week
Maximum freeze: 4 weeks per calendar year
Freeze requests must be submitted in advance. Freeze requests must be submitted prior to the intended freeze period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
During a freeze period:
Billing is paused
Facility access is suspended
Coaching sessions cannot be used
The annual freeze allowance does not include the Christmas / New Year closure period, which may be managed separately by LPC.
7. Coaching Session Attendance
Members are responsible for attending their booked coaching sessions.
Members are responsible for managing and attending their scheduled sessions.
If a Member cannot attend a session, a minimum of four (4) hours notice must be provided.
Sessions cancelled with less than four hours notice may be forfeited.
Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LPC reserves the right to adjust schedules where necessary due to coach availability, facility requirements or operational needs.
8. Facility Access
LPC provides facility access via HybridAF digital access systems.
Members must only access the facility using their own authorised credentials.
Members must not allow unauthorised individuals into the facility. Members must not allow tailgating or unauthorised entry into the facility under any circumstances.
Access outside staffed hours is undertaken at the member’s own discretion and responsibility.
The facility is monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes.
Exceptions include:
Approved Drop‑In participants
Members of Katalyst Fitness where permitted and supervised under an approved arrangement with LPC.
Any other unauthorised entry is considered a breach of facility rules.
Allowing a non‑member access to the facility may result in a $500 breach fee, suspension of access privileges, or membership termination.
Members must not allow access to the facility for any person who has not completed the required LPC waiver and onboarding process.
9. Guest & Drop‑In Policy
Guests may only attend the facility with prior approval from LPC.
LPC reserves the right to refuse guest access at its discretion.
All guests must:
Complete a waiver
Pay any applicable drop‑in fees
Follow all facility rules
Members are responsible for the conduct of any guest they introduce to the facility.
10. Member Conduct
LPC is a community‑focused coaching facility. Members must behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times.
LPC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for behaviour that compromises safety, culture, or community standards.
The following behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership:
Harassment or intimidation
Aggressive behaviour
Unsafe lifting practices
Damage to equipment
Disrespect toward staff or other members
Training under the influence of drugs or alcohol
LPC reserves the right to remove any person from the facility whose behaviour compromises safety or community standards.
11. Equipment Care & Facility Etiquette
Members must treat all equipment and facility areas with care.
Members must only perform movements and lifts they can safely control.
Members must report any damaged or unsafe equipment immediately.
Members are expected to:
Re‑rack weights after use
Return equipment to its designated location
Maintain a safe training environment
Clean equipment where required
Members may be liable for repair or replacement costs where equipment is damaged due to misuse or negligence.
12. Programming & Intellectual Property
All programming, training plans, educational materials, and coaching systems developed by LPC are intellectual property of Limitless Performance Centre.
Members must not:
Share programs publicly
Sell or distribute LPC programming
Republish training plans online
Provide LPC programming to other coaches or facilities
This includes programming delivered via apps, coaching platforms, messaging systems, or any digital format.
Unauthorised distribution or reproduction of LPC intellectual property may result in a $500 breach fee, suspension of membership, or legal action where appropriate.
13. Personal Belongings
Members are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
LPC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought into the facility.
14. Facility Maintenance & Operational Changes
From time to time LPC may need to:
Perform equipment maintenance
Conduct facility upgrades
Adjust class schedules
Temporarily close areas of the gym
LPC will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to all services at all times.
Temporary disruptions to services, access, or equipment do not entitle members to refunds or compensation.
15. Suspension or Termination of Membership
LPC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if a Member:
Breaches these terms
Fails to maintain payment obligations
Shares facility access
Engages in unsafe or inappropriate behaviour
Misuses LPC intellectual property
Where appropriate, LPC may issue warnings before termination, however this is not required.
Termination may occur immediately where member behaviour compromises safety, facility security, or other members.
16. Unauthorised Coaching & Commercial Activity
Members must not provide coaching, programming, personal training, or instruction to other members within the facility unless expressly authorised by LPC.
The facility may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to personal training, content creation, or business activities, without prior written approval from LPC.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
17. Hygiene & Facility Standards
Members are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene and contribute to a clean training environment.
This includes cleaning equipment after use and maintaining personal cleanliness appropriate for a shared training environment.
18. Incident & Injury Reporting
Members must report any injury, incident, or equipment fault to LPC staff as soon as reasonably possible.
19. Changes to Terms
LPC reserves the right to update these Membership Terms & Facility Rules from time to time.
Members will be notified of significant changes where reasonably possible.
Continued use of the facility following updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
20. Member Agreement
By signing below, the Member confirms that they:
Have read and understood these Membership Terms & Facility Rules
Agree to follow all LPC policies and facility rules
Accept responsibility for maintaining payments and complying with access policies
The Member acknowledges that this Agreement operates in conjunction with the LPC Waiver.
