Program Details
Coach-to-Athlete Ratio: 1:8 (Ensuring quality feedback and personal attention)
Frequency: 1–3 sessions per week (based on individual schedule and goals)
Access: Full gym access for extra practice or personal coaching needs (1:1 Coaching extra)
Price: $74/week
